Pet Waste | Please see that your pet is on a leash when outside. Be a good neighbor and pick up pet waste and deposit it in the receptacle provided at the dog bag stations. The pet waste is discarded by maintenance staff on a regular basis. Your association Board is looking into installing a few more pet waste stations to make it more convenient for pet owners to get to them.
| | | Parking | Please see that guests, and contractors doing work for you, park in GUEST spaces. Numbered spaces are assigned to specific units. If you are not sure what numbered space you should park in please call or stop by the association office. We can provide you with that information.
| | | Mail Box Keys | We often get requests for mail box keys from residents who have lost or left their key at another location. The association office does not have mail box keys. We can however provide you with a way to solve the problem. We have a company you can contact to acquire a new lock and key and we have a worked out a program with the postman to make it easy for you to get the new lock installed.
| | | Water | Please remember to turn off the water in your unit when leaving for any extended period. An unexpected leak such as a washer hose, an ice maker line or an overflowing toilet can do a lot of damage to your unit and other units in your building.
| | | SPA Fountain Feature | We have installed a timer switch on the spa fountain feature. If you are using the spa and would like the fountain feature simply turn it on at the switch. The timer will turn the feature off if you should forget to do so when you leave the spa. Having the fountain feature off when it is not being used will save wear and tear on the pump, electricity, and reduce water and heat loss due to evaporation.
| | | Pool | Residents are asked to review and follow the rules as posted at the pool. The rules are intended to provide a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for all who use the facility. Food is not allowed and all beverages must be in plastic containers, no glass or cans.
| | | Car and Boat Washing | | Car and boat washing should be done at the car wash station across from building #34. All of the surface drains in the community and at the garages flow into our lakes, which can be polluted by detergents and cleaners. Water from the car wash area percolates down through the ground and presents much less risk of this happening. The only boats or water craft allowed to be washed on condominium property are those which are stored here, by the boat owner, in a garage. | | |
