Bicycle cables have been permanently installed on the ground floor walls underneath the stairwells in each side of every building. They can be used to tether bikes to the wall using your own chain and lock. This will eliminate the need to chain bikes to the hand rails and should significantly deter bike theft within Harbour Isle West.
